Treatments Wound Care: Our professionals work hand-in-hand with the patient’s physician and the Wound Care Clinics to provide the right treatment for our patients. At Safety Care Inc., our goal is to assist patients to stay at home as independently as possible. We provide treatments and services to prepare patients and family for discharge to self-care when home care is no longer appropriate. There are other treatments to different diseases frequently managed in the homes through the assistance of Home Care Services.
Other Conditions Treated in Homes Using Home Health Care
We believe that Home Care is a vital link in the health delivery system to minimize the effects of illness, accident or injury. Home Care is very important when it comes to caring for any diseases and conditions in the privacy of patient’s home. Our treatment is directed towards training patient and family where possible to self-care through patient and family education. The following diseases are managed in the patient’s home with the direction of the patient’s physician:
Management of Fractures, Burns, Dislocations, Sprains and Wounds – while patient stays at home.
Home Care Professionals assist in managing conditions like: Hypertension, Angina, Congestive Heart Failure, Coronary Artery Disease, AMI, CVA / cerebrovascular diseases, Coronary Arteriosclerosis. They work with physicians, pharmacies, medical supply and training companies to get the job done.
Conditions such as Fever, Malaise, Coordination and Gait problems and Incontinence are being managed at home.
Musculoskeletal problems sometimes result in surgery to correct or repair the condition. They are Osteoarthrosis, Atrophy, Atrophy, and Osteomylitis.
There are different programs to manage Diabetes, Metabolic Disorders in the home following physician’s order.
We monitor and care for patients with Renal Failure, Neurogenic Bladder, and Catheter Care and assist where necessary.
Also some congenital problems such as birth defects.
Gastrointestinal, Breast, Lymphomas are neoplasms conditions managed in the home.We assist to and from the health appointments and other health needs.
Cellulites, Ulcers, Wounds can affect the normal functioning of the skin.
